What does XP© program stand for?

The XP© Program stands for Xecutive Premier© and there are three levels in this private all access card program: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The XP© program is available for Jet Aircraft, Yachts, Motor Coaches and Resort Properties.

 

Why select our program over the competition?

Simple - it will cost less, Your XP© membership locks in your rate for three years and is the only truly all inclusive jet card program. With the XP© program, you get all the advantages of competing programs at a fraction of the price.  Our pricing is clear and up front, no hidden costs or fees.  The XP© program gives you all the benefits and is less expensive than on-demand chartering for non same day travel, fractional ownership or fractional leasing programs and other jet card programs.

 

What does a Membership consist of and how does it work?

A membership in the Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level allows the client to lock in the amount of flight time needed without the long-term expensive cash outlay upfront. It also locks in the hourly rate for a period of three years, putting the client at ease with regard to fuel prices, maintenance, etc. With a membership you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade, purchase additional blocks of time without having to repay the membership fee, and without having to sign a lease. 

 

How much does it cost?

Memberships start as low as $75,000.00 and you can purchase occupied hours in blocks of 12, 25, 50, 100 up to 200 hour blocks. Occupied hours are priced depending on your membership level and aircraft requirement. Your costs with the XP© program can average up to 35% less than comparable jet card, block time programs. The fact is that the larger the block the deeper the savings.

 

Why do I have to pay a Membership fee?

Quite simply, the fact that you are a Member has tremendous value. Your membership fee locks in your rate for 3-years and affords you all the benefits of our XP© program.  

 

What do you mean when you say all-inclusive?

All-inclusive means all flight related fees are included in your pricing.  Additionally, landing fees and ramp fees are included, on U.S. flights inside the Primary Service area (“PSA”) in your price. The PSA is the contiguous 48 United States of America. Unlike some other programs the only “extras” in the XP© program are international fees, taxes, flight phone, de-icing, and custom catering.

 

Do I have the option of exiting the program?

Yes, a 30-day written notice of intent to exit the program is required. You will receive 100% of your unused flight time back but the membership fee is non-refundable and is retained by the company as liquidated damages for early termination by the Member.

 

Can I get my membership fee back early if I need to exit the program?

No, because we lease or purchase our aircraft and your membership fee is the portion we use to add aircraft for the program. If you exit we still have the lease so we retain the membership fee as liquidated damages. However, if Xtrordinair is in default you will receive any unused portion of your membership fee and your unused block of hours. 

 

Who can use my hours?

Anyone you designate to use it as long as you are not using your hours for revenue.

 

Can I travel outside the US?

Yes.

 

What about repositioning the aircraft (Deadheads)?

There are no repositioning or deadhead fees relating to travel within the PSA.

 

Am I billed separately for ramp fees & landing fees?

No. Unlike some programs, these fees are not a hidden add-on.  These fees are included in your purchase price for travel within the PSA, however International flights may incur additional landing fees and handling fees.

 

Are there any costs that can change during the three years?

No. This membership locks you in for three years at the rate per your agreement.

 

What type of aircraft is in the program?

Your membership is based on the use of the aircraft in one of four categories; Heavy Jet, Super Midsize, Midsize or Light Jet.

 

Is this truly a safe program?

Absolutely and in several ways. First, our maintenance practices meet and exceed the industry and manufacturers standards. Secondly, our flight crews are subject to some of the most rigorous training in the industry. Third, we are building one of the youngest fleets in the industry and finally, when flying with Xtrordinair there are no unknown entities – all passengers on the flight are known to you and your baggage is at your control at all times. When you combine all this with the lowest introductory price in the industry, makes us one of the safest programs in the market today!
