A Message from our Founder
In many ways, Xtrordinair has been distinct from day one. I would like to personally invite you to take a look at something that will dramatically change the way you view how you pay for the utilization of large capital assets like jet aircraft. It has taken many years of hard work and dedication to the vision I am so blessed with. It took extensive research, and the successful culmination of capital acquisition to build one of the world’s finest battle proven programs the world has ever seen. It's Too Good to be True!
We hear this a lot and by now you are probably asking how can this be, right? Let me share a brief story with you to help put into perspective what we have accomplished. This will give you a better understanding of why Xtrordinair is so different and why we choose to be that way.
In 2002 the Oakland A’s shifted the paradigm in Major League Baseball. They changed the game forever by their revelation. After making it to the playoffs that year they won the same number of games as the New York Yankees but for approximately $1.2 million dollars a game less and people began to take notice.
Arliss Howard, the actor playing the part of John W. Henry owner of the Boston Red Sox, states in the movie “Money Ball” the following; "I know you are taking it in the teeth out there but the first guy through the wall he always gets bloody....always. This is threatening, not just the way of doing business, but in their minds it's threatening the game. But what it's really threatening is their livelihood, it's threatening their jobs, it's threatening the way they do things and every time that happens, whether it's a government or a way of doing business, the people that are holding the reigns have their hands on the switch... they go bat S!$? crazy! I mean anyone that's not tearing their team down right now and rebuilding it using your module....they're dinosaurs."
Xtrordinair is doing to the private jet, yacht and resort industries what the Oakland A’s did to Major League Baseball. We are so far out of the box from the way it’s been done for decades that people seem to think it sounds too good to be true. The fact is, just like the statement made in the movie, every flight department around the world today should be trying to figure this out and start taking advantage of the Xtrordinair copyrighted programs.
The Fractional Model and the Future
The private aviation industry was nearly turned on its ear in 1986 with the launching of the complicated Fractional Ownership model and despite all the naysayers this model has been a huge success, along with some failures. In the last few decades things started to change and evolve. Today we see that many who have used the models are no longer with us. Avanti Air, Citation Air Shares, and Hawker Beechcraft and Lear jet are gone. Hundreds of fractional owners have been displaced and millions upon millions lost. What makes it so unbelievable is that the old and newer companies who are still standing since the last economic crash in 2008 keep trying to recycle the same old methods by calling it "a new idea" and hoping something will change. There is still one problem , the elephant in the room, and it is very simple, you are still paying too much because you are subject to their model, "profit by the hour".
If that isn't bad enough, the IRS has introduced new regulations that are intrusive and add expense into the business of private jet and yacht travel like never before. If you are, or were, one of those owners or fractional owners, you have taken a hit over the past 10 years, much like after 9/11 but worse. They can only charge more and more as our economy today is fluid at best.
It's time for something new, a safer, more secure, more affordable, lower risk way to use assets like the corporate jets, yachts, motor coaches or luxury resort properties. It's time to advance in the way you think and pay for these services and assets.

How do you sell a fraction of something and sell it for what you paid for it? You don't.

That's what Xtrordinair is to me, a family. and I would like to personally invite you to join our Xtrordinairy family.
I want to leave you with one last thing that I try to relate to everyone I meet. I feel this encompasses what we are about. “You have three true assets in life; your family, your time, and your financial capabilities. Why not protect all three and enjoy all three without risk of loss or the hassle of owning another thing that takes time and resources away from the ones you love?"

AIRCRAFT 2015. Xtrordinair Aircraft Management, Inc. (“Xtrordinair”) all rights reserved. XP©, XCP©, XAPP©, XFP© & X-it©, here-in known as the X-series© Programs, are copyrighted programs of Xtrordinair and Xtrordinair arranges flights on behalf of members and nonmembers with aircraft contracted for use, leased, chartered, or owned by Xtrordinair and or its affiliated entities. All flights are operated by licensed FAA FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control and shall always be conducted as a charter flight. Supplemental lift flights will be operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that have been certified by the FAA and are able to provide service for Xtrordinair that meets all FAA Part 135 requirements. Supplemental lift providers must be recognized by ARGUS or Wyvern rated agencies for their safety and quality of service before consideration for flight operations for any Xtrordinair Member. All International flights outside the Primary Service Area (the "PSA") are subject to repositioning cost, and international fee's, taxes, flight permitting and flight planning cost.
YACHTS 2015. Xtrordinair Aircraft Management, Inc. (“Xtrordinair”) all rights reserved. The X-series© Programs are programs provided by Xtrordinair under XcellentSeas©. Xtrordinair and its affiliate XcellentSeas© arranges yachting charters and excursions on behalf of Xtrordinair members and non-members with yachts contracted for use, leased, rented, chartered, or owned by Xtrordinair, or other affiliated entities and operated by entities that always exercise full operational control as a charter. Supplemental yacht charters will be operated by licensed and bonded Charter providers that have been approved to provide service for Xtrordinair, that meet all US Coast Guard Requirements and other governmental requirements of the country under which they are flagged and must meet all customs requirements at each point of entry. In addition, the supplemental Charter providers must be recognized by rated agencies for their safety, training, and quality of service before consideration for any XcellentSeas© program operations or for any Xtrordinair member or non-member requesting on-demand charter services. Xtrordinair arranges charters, rentals, and short-term leases on behalf of Xtrordinair members and non-members with motor coaches contracted for use that is leased, chartered, or owned by Xtrordinair, or other affiliated entities and operated by entities that always exercise full operational control as a charter. Supplemental motor coach charters will be operated by licensed and bonded Charter providers that have been certified to provide service for Xtrordinair and that meet all US DOT and insurance requirements. Xtrordinair arranges rentals, leases, and hunts on behalf of Xtrordinair members with resort property owners and property managers that are contracted for use, rented, leased, chartered, or owned by Xtrordinair or other affiliated entities. Each property owner or property manager exercises full management control of the property at all times. Each property published to be utilized by an Xtrordinair member shall meet all safety and service inspection requirements established by Xtrordinair.
